A little bit about me...
Sean Reid is the expansion partner for The Warmack Group, focusing in North Central and Eastern Washington; more specifically within Chelan and Walla Walla Counties, bringing deep insight and experience into the real estate market within these areas.
A Washington native who grew up in Central Washington, Sean currently splits his time between Walla Walla and Chelan County (mainly Manson but a bit of Leavenworth too). His personal properties include homes in King, Chelan and Yakima Counties, and resides in downtown Walla Walla in a historic 1901 four square. This reach across Washington state enables Sean to offer a unique perspective around the local real estate market and with vacation rentals.
Sean and his wife, Carissa, have plans to acquire more vacation rentals in Washington State, Oregon and California. Carissa also owns a boutique vacation rental management company and Sean sits on the STRACC Board advocating for vacation rentals in Chelan County.
Living in Walla Walla and Manson, with his wife and two young sons, allows them to be close to everything they love doing. Sean is an avid skier, boater and pacific northwest wine enthusiast.
